Saw palmetto for enlarged prostate gland
Mention enlarged prostate gland to someone who has the condition and there is a good chance they will suggest saw palmetto as a possible treatment.
And there is a good reason for this. Saw palmetto is a fruit (Serenoa repens) containing fatty acids and phytosterols. The key word here is phytosterols as one of those phytosterols is beta sitosterol.
It is actually the beta sitosterol in saw palmetto that gives improvement in urinary symptoms and flow but saw palmetto only contains very small amounts of beta sitosterol. This is why its effects are very limited and not guaranteed.
The solution is to increase the dosage of beta sitosterol to a level that will be effective in shrinking an enlarged prostate gland. To do this taking saw palmetto would need a huge amount on a daily basis but there is a much easier solution.
Our Prostamax is 99% pure beta sitosterol and provides a dosage level that really can make a dramatic difference to suffers of an enlarged prostate gland.
We have many customers who have limited or no benefit having tried saw palmetto but see a transformation in their life when taking Prostamax.
So, if you are thinking of trying or are now taking saw palmetto, now is the time to have a look at our Prostamax.
